Our panoramic spa area has a genuine Finnish sauna, infrared heat booth, a steam bath, a lovely outside area and a wonderful cold plunge pool for a refreshing final touch. Sweating in one of our many saunas is the best way to strengthen your circulation. Also, sweating will enhance your body’s detoxification process and is good for your skin and your respiratory system.
